These terms govern every booking made with NeatCrew Services Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201038455 (1478112-D)) through partylab.pro, by phone or by email. By confirming a booking you accept them.
1. Quotes and scope
Every job is performed against a written scope and fixed price issued before the visit. The quote is based on the information you provide; if the property differs materially from that description (size, condition, access), the crew lead will discuss an adjusted price with you before starting. You are never charged more without your agreement.
2. Access and utilities
You agree to provide access at the booked time, together with working electricity and water. If the crew cannot enter within 30 minutes of arrival, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Within 24 hours: a fee of 50% of the quoted price applies.
- Crew turned away on site or unable to gain access: 75% of the quoted price.
We reserve the same courtesy in reverse: if we ever need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available slot plus a 10% discount on that visit.
4. Quality guarantee
If any item in the agreed scope has been missed, report it within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to correct it free of charge. The guarantee covers the agreed scope only; it does not extend to areas or items excluded from the quote.
5. Damage and liability
Our crews are trained to handle property with care and every visit is covered by public liability insurance. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement value of the affected item and excludes pre-existing defects, normal wear, and items that were unstable or already damaged.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the visit unless your contract states otherwise. We accept bank transfer, FPX, major cards and common Malaysian e-wallets. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly with 14-day terms.
7. Staff non-solicitation
You agree not to directly employ or engage a NeatCrew team member introduced to you through us for a period of 12 months after their last visit, except with our written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
