Renovation dust is a different job
Silica and gypsum dust is finer than household dirt: it slips through ordinary vacuums, resettles for weeks and scratches glass if wiped dry. Our renovation crews work with HEPA-filtered vacuums, multi-stage damp wiping and dedicated blades and solvents for construction residue.

Rough clean
Debris out, protective film off, heavy residue scraped. The space becomes safe to work in detail.
Fine clean
Every surface HEPA-vacuumed and damp-wiped top-down; glass, joinery and sanitary ware detailed.
Settle-dust pass
A final wipe of horizontal surfaces and floors after airborne dust settles — the pass most cleaners skip.
Pricing guide
Builders cleaning is quoted per square footage and severity. As a guide: a renovated 900 sq ft condo starts from RM650, a 2,000 sq ft landed home from RM1,400. Kitchen-only or bathroom-only renovations are quoted from RM380. Site inspection is free within Kuala Lumpur and we can usually schedule crews within 48 hours of your contractor's handover date.
Working with an interior designer or contractor? We coordinate directly with them on access, timing and floor protection, and issue completion photos for your defect-check file.
