This policy explains how NeatCrew Services Sdn. Bhd. (“NeatCrew”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through partylab.pro and in the course of providing cleaning services. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
1. Data we collect
When you request a quote or book a service we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, property details and any notes you include. When you browse the site our server records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. Why we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule visits and deliver the services you request.
- To contact you about bookings, changes and follow-up on completed work.
- To maintain internal records required for insurance and dispute resolution.
- To improve the website based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have expressly agreed to receive them.
3. Sharing
Data is shared only with the crew and coordinator assigned to your job, and with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where Malaysian law requires it.
4. Retention
Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax, insurance and warranty obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is deleted within twelve months.
5. Security
Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it for their role. Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and crew members never receive more than the address and instructions needed for a specific visit.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing. Write to [email protected] or post your request to the address in the footer. We respond within 21 days.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, the updated policy will be published on this page with a new revision date. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
