Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. Every crew arrives with professional vacuums, mops, microfibre sets and detergents. If you prefer that we use your own products — for example on delicate stone counters — just let the team lead know at the start of the visit.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on your property size, the service type and the condition of the space, not on the clock. You receive a written quote before booking, and that figure is exactly what you pay — even if the job takes the crew longer than planned.
Can I book a clean while I am at work?
Yes, many clients do. You can hand keys to your building concierge, use a lockbox or meet the supervisor briefly. Crews photograph the property on entry and exit, and our insurance covers every visit.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve all of Kuala Lumpur plus Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong and Cyberjaya. For locations further out in Selangor, send us your postcode and we will confirm availability within a few hours.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Our standard range is biodegradable and low-odour, and we ventilate as we work. For nurseries, pregnancies or sensitive pets we can switch to a fully eco-certified line — mention it in your booking notes.
What if something gets damaged during a clean?
Damage is extremely rare, but every job is covered by public liability insurance. Report any issue within 48 hours and our operations manager will resolve it directly with you, including repair or replacement.
